For the first time ever we can now present OG sneaker brand PONY (Products Of New York) at Shelta. European sneakerheads and collectors should now know that PONY is no longer a strictly US-market thing, and now us europeans can also be down. The brand was founded by Roberto Muller in New York City back in 1972, and evolved in a blue-collar worker culture during the 70´s and 80´s in a city encapsulated by social disorder and deprivation. This first delivery consists of PONY´s staple style, the Topstar Suede, a must have in every sneaker collectors wardrobe (just the sneaker box itself says it all…). As we posted earlier on the blog, the mega-limited Dee & Ricky collab that will sell exclusively at Shelta in Swede, will drop first week of December.
