We´ve been fans of Parra´s amazing work since day one, and now we are super-stoked on finally presenting Rockwell by Parra at Shelta.
Dutch born Parra lives and works in Amsterdam and is known for his post-pop imagery, highly saturated colours, surreal characters and his lovely hand-drawn letters. Celebrated by galleries and championed by the underground art scene Parra has become a worldwide respected and eclectic artist. Parra has been involved in a lot of heavy colabs such as the awesome Parra x Patta x Nike Air Max 1, the “Cherry High” Chuck Taylor for Converse, the Waiting For The Sun x Parra sunglasses and the Vans colab that released back in 2009. He is also a member of electronic music group Le Le.
This brand new collection from his clothing label Rockwell, called “Zap”, is now being shipped from Amsterdam and will hopefully reach us at Shelta this friday. Collection includes snapback hats, tees, crewnecks, beach towels, bed sheet sets and the dope shower curtain simply called “Douche”. See pictures below.
